What is a good way to start off an essay about the history of the zodiac signs?

I'm doing a paper for the science fair about zodiac signs and their history, etc. And I'm not quite sure how to start off the paper. I've always been bad with introductions. Help please?|||One thing you need to understand, astrology is not a science. It is an ancient, made-up, belief oriented, unproved, and bigoted fortune telling.

As a science student, you should already know about the scientific method. Try to use it with astrology's claims. It can't be done. Science demands consistency, that is not possible with astrology. It is all point of view speculation.

The is no science for how astrology can work, but there is science for why it can't.|||Perhaps start with mythology. Take the zodiac and show the myths with each one, and how the star patterns manifested. Or you could go through the 12 labors of Hercules. Just an idea.|||Start with: "Have ever ever wonder what's a another great way to be prejudice against someone other than judging them by their race, sexual orientation, gender or religion? Well astrology is the answer...."|||Talk about how people believe Zodiac signs affect who they are compatible with.|||Once upon a time....
